In the spreadsheet, these are anonymized indicators of the service providers you are evaluating.

Unweighted Ratings (Au, Bu, Cu, Du)

These are the numeric ratings you enter for each service provider factor.

Weighted Ratings (Aw, Bw, Cw, Dw)

These values are calculated by multiplying unweighted ratings times weights.

NORMALIZED TOTALS

These numbers are calculated from column averages normalized to lie between 0 and 5.
