Primitive

A primitive is the smallest unit of processing available to a programmer of a particular machine, or can be an atomic element of an expression in a language.

Python Example

# Define primitive values.
string = "This is a string."
boolean_true = True
boolean_false = False
none = None
integer_number = 34
floating_point_number = 23.38475

# Use the values.
print(string, boolean_true, boolean_false, none, integer_number, floating_point_number)
